Sharjah Family Visa: Entry Permit Residence (Wife & Kids)

Required Documents:

1. Applications for prepaid e-forms are available at the typing center.
2. Copy of the spouse’s and kids’ passports One photo of each sponsored person with a white background.
3. Copy of the sponsor’s passport and an Emirates ID
4. Legal Arabic translation and attested marriage certificate (from the UAE Embassy in the home country and the UAE Foreign Affairs).
5. Legal Arabic translation of the child’s attested birth certificate from the UAE Embassy in the child’s native country.
6. A SEWA bill and a tenancy contract (a rental arrangement for housing). It needs Sharjah Municipality’s certification. If the applicant resides in Dubai, the lease must be an EJARI registered lease.
7. Employment Contract / Salary Certificate, with the understanding that the pay must be at least Dh4000 or Dh3000 + lodging.
8. Arabic confirmation letter showing that the daughter is still single at the age of 18.The letter must be signed by the parent (sponsor).The following additional paperwork is needed if the sponsor is an investor or partner: + Trade License copy + LLC agreement + Investor visa guarantee deposit receipt copy

Fees:

• Application fee: Dh300 Standard (including typing); delivery through courier in 3 business days. courier to be paid Dh15. + Pay Dh100 more at the Typing Center for an expedited process, and you’ll receive your visa between 5-8 p.m. that same day. Hours for submitting urgent applications are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Sunday through Thursday.
  STATUS CHANGE: After receiving a visa from immigration, fill out a Status Change form from the Typing Center if your family is already present in the nation.
• Dh550 (including typing fee) should be paid at typing center. then have the form signed and turn it in to immigration. It can be finished simultaneously. then fill out the forms for Emirates ID, Medical, and Visa Stamping at the typing center.
• Holders of visas are required to enter the UAE within 60 days of the date of issuance and to finish the Emirates ID, Medical, and Visa Stamping processes within 60 days of the date of entrance or status change.
• The Preventive Medicine Centers in Sharjah listed below, including Al Ghubaiba, Al Nasseriya, Kalbaa, Sharjah Industrial Area, Khor Fakkan, Al Dhaid, Dibba Al Hisn, Al Hamriya Free Zone, and Sharjah International Airport Free Zone, are where you may complete your visa medical examination.
• Normal medical fee of Dh260. After one day, a certificate will be issued.
• Dh330 Health Card Fees.
• Dh200 more for expedited processing. In two hours, a certificate will be issued.
