STEPS TO FOLLOW

8. The PRO of your company can now revoke your visa.
9. Submit an application for a new work permit and follow the steps.

NOTE:

• Before you revoke your current work permit and passport visa, the new employer cannot apply for one.
• The holding period for a visa is 30 days. A fine will be assessed after that.

Free Zone to Dubai (Mainland):

Follow these steps if you are switching your visa from a Free Zone to a Dubai mainland company:

1. Let the new business apply for your work permit.
2. Submit the work permit and appointment letter to the immigration department after receiving approval from the ministry of labor, together with a Dh2500 deposit to hold your dependents’ visas.
3. A service fee of Dh120 is added at immigration for each dependent’s passport.
4. The family visa will be held, and the Immigration Department will issue a receipt for the contributed money.
