Birth Certificate Authentication Canada
Birth Certificate Authentication Canada
The UAE is home to people from all over the world, but it has a set of strict rules and procedures to screen foreigners looking to move to the country.
All foreign nationals with Canadian-born children have to provide authenticated birth certificates before applying for a UAE family visa.
The authentication of a Canadian birth certificate is the equivalent of attesting a birth certificate in other countries. In Canada, the attestation process is referred to as Authentication and Legalization.
Authenticating Canadian documents is slightly different than attesting documents from other countries. But hiring a reliable attestation services provider in the UAE can ensure that the authentication process goes seamlessly.
The slightest error in legal documents can cause unnecessary delays in the authentication process, which will impact how quickly you get the residential visa.

Translation into English
The UAE Embassy will only certify documents that are written in Arabic or English. Your document must first be translated by a certified translator if it was issued in French. After the translation is finished, the translation agency will provide a sworn affidavit attesting to the accuracy of the work done.

Most documents must be certified by a Notary Public before being sent to the Canadian Ministry of Global Affairs. The notary will at this point in the procedure either vouch for the accuracy of the translation (if necessary) or the original document. Birth, marriage, and death certificates are examples of official papers that are not need to be certified and can be delivered directly to the Ministry of Global Affairs.
Documents must be validated before they may be submitted to the UAE authorities in Ottawa or Toronto. They will stamp the document at this point to attest to the validity of the seal or signature that was used to certify the document being presented. Only the Ministry of Global Affairs is authorized to apply for this in Canada.
The UAE Embassy in Ottawa or its Consulate in Toronto must stamp the document, a process called as attestation, before it can be used in Canada. The paper is now sealed and given an official sticker from the UAE government. This demonstrates to the UAE authorities that the paper has gone through all the necessary processes in Canada.
MoFA Attestation (UAE)
When the document reaches the UAE, it needs to receive a second attestation stamp from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, proving that the Canadian processing of the document was right. You should confirm whether this needs to be completed by you or not since some employers will take care of it for you. We can set up the necessary PCR test to be performed before you arrive if you’d prefer to finish this process on your own. Once this stamp has been placed, you can use the document in the UAE if it does not need to be translated (see the next step).
