The MOHRE customer service centers for Tawafq

By disclosing pertinent information to both parties to the contractual agreement, Tawjeeh centers serve as a guiding department. It will be outfitted with advice professionals to inform clients about labor rules and regulations, employment contracts, and issuing work permits. It will also hand out leaflets and brochures with basic labor-related information written in a variety of languages.

In accordance with an institutional cooperation with the private sector, Tawjeeh Centers offer awareness and counseling services to employers and employees on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. These centers will be managed in accordance with the UAE Government Excellence Programme.

“Tawjeeh” Centers’ Services:

• Inform and make employers more aware.
• Orient and educate staff members.
• Offer delivery services for employment contracts and work permits.
• Offer workers work certificate services.
• Provide informational materials and pamphlets to staff members.

Services are currently available to workers in 16 languages at seven centers in Abu Dhabi and seven more in Dubai. By the end of the year, the ministry will have opened 23 more centers, bringing the total to 37.
The official advised workers to attend the centers in order to become familiar with the country’s labor rules and regulations, especially if they were newcomers.

The centers are staffed with advice specialists who may provide information on labor laws and regulations to both employers and employees, issue work contracts and licenses, and hand out pamphlets and brochures with basic labor-related information.

Tawafq centres: Tawafq will accept labor disputes, review documentation, and send cases to the ministry to complete the process in order to improve labor relations-related services. The ministry will make the decision regarding whether the dispute will be resolved amicably or taken to court for a final resolution.

Taqieem centres: Taqieem will offer educational services as well as entity assessment. They will run independently while adhering to the terms and conditions of the space share agreement with Tas’heel customer service centers. Taqieem centers will offer labor housing registration services, entity-related information, commercial license validity estimates, and estimates of establishing business activity for work permit requests.

When you apply for a new employment visa quota, the Taqieem team inspects your office, shop, showroom, warehouse, and kiosk. They determine whether your company qualifies for a new visa.

TAQYEEM agency will call you the same day or the next day after you submit your application at Tas’heel Center and visit your firm. They will need copies of your license, your Labor Establishment Card, and your Ejari. They will request the Mulkiya, or vehicle list, if your business owns vehicles.

For three months, one inspection is valid. If you reapply for another work permit quota within three months of TAQYEEM’s inspection, they won’t come for inspection. However, it depends on your business activity and the amount of quota.
