Indian Passport Supplemental Booklet

Documents Required:

• Original passport with copies of pages 1, 2, 33, and 35 as well as the visa page and any supplementary booklets that may be included.
• Formula EAP-I
• Personal Information Form (if a different passport issuing authority issued the passport)
• Six current (5 cm × 5 cm) photos without a uniform, with a white background, wearing a dark dress. The photos must be older than six months. To be fully visible, the ears, forehead, and chin.
• A copy of the health card, labor card, or Emirates ID.
• Black ink should be used for signatures.
• Fee: Dh341 (all fees included)
• Duration: 5 working days (for renewal of a passport or Tatkal issued in Dubai).
• 40 working days (when renewing a passport from another passport-issuing authority)

Prepare your passport applications; visit a passport application submission center.
